1. Akova Pay

I have lost my reference, where can I find it?

Log in to My Pages, where you will see the reference that you should enter when making the payment.

How long does it take for my payment to be registered?

If you have paid with Swish or card, we will receive information about your payment immediately. However, if you choose to pay with Bankgirot, it may take several banking days before we receive information about your payment.

Can I make a partial payment?

Yes, it is possible to pay only part of the total amount. However, please note that the full amount must be paid to avoid receiving a payment reminder and a debt collection notice.

I haven't purchased anything from Akova, why am I receiving an invoice from Akova?

You have purchased something from a company and have chosen to pay by invoice. That company has then chosen to sell the invoice to Akova. Akova then sends the invoice to you. The invoice clearly states the company you purchased from and what you have purchased. If you have any questions about what you have purchased, you should contact that company, and the customer service number is on the invoice.

Can I pay several invoices at once?

No, you can only pay one invoice reference at a time.

Is my invoice paid?

Log in to My Pages and search for the invoice reference to see the payment status. If you Swish the payment or pay by card, the invoice will appear as paid immediately.

2. Akova Invoice

Can I receive the invoice via email?

It is possible to receive the invoice via email. You will receive the invoice faster and it is more environmentally friendly. Contact Akova’s customer service at [email protected] to register your email address. Enter your customer and invoice number as well as your email address and future invoices will be sent via email instead.

Can I get a deferred payment?

Log in to My Pages and click on the Deferred Payment button.

3. Akova Card

Can I register multiple cards?

No, it is only possible to register one card. If you add a new card, the old card will be removed.

Is it possible to delete SMS after the call?

No, after the call is over, we always send an SMS as a payment confirmation.

Where do I see my purchases?

Log in to My Pages and there you will see your purchases and the payments you have made.

4. Akova Identify

Why do I have to identify myself multiple times?

When you call a company that uses the Akova Identify service to verify your identity, you become a customer of that company and your information is not shared with other companies. When you later call another company that also uses Akova Identify, you must therefore verify yourself with that company in order to become a customer there.

How long is my personal data stored?

Contact the company you purchased something from, they are the ones responsible for your personal data and also have the option to delete your personal data.
